Coaching
support is a critical variable in the success of employees
working abroad. Both employees and their families can

Sharon
has lived and worked in the UK, Germany and Sweden. In addition,
she has represented AirTouch (now Vodafone and Verizon Wireless)
in other European countries (France, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Spain,
and the Netherlands) as well as in Asia (Thailand, Japan, Malaysia,
Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea) and Mexico.
Not
only has she faced the classic challenges of expats herself, she
has coached and supported, over the course of their international
assignments, the many American expats who reported to her.
